Leonardo Araujo

Leonardo Araujo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile coaching and IT management. Currently serving as a Transformation Advisor and Principal Agile Coach at Banco Santander Portugal since July 2018, Leonardo is responsible for guiding Agile transformation efforts, particularly utilizing Kanban and Scrum methodologies. Previously, Leonardo held the role of IT Innovation Program Manager at Schlumberger, overseeing diverse teams focused on project management and innovation. Leonardo's experience also includes infrastructure management at Vale, project and audit management at KPMG, and various project management roles across different organizations. With a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis, Leonardo is well-equipped to drive organizational change and foster Agile methodologies.
