Brendan O'Sullivan

Brendan O'Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Brendan started their career at Bank of Ireland as a Treasury Team Lead, where they managed daily treasury operations and implemented interest rate hedging strategies. From there, they moved to Oracle Group and worked as a Senior Business & System Analyst, contributing to the design and delivery of a multi-channel branch teller application for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).

In 2004, Brendan joined IBM as a Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect, focusing on the development of business processes for the banking industry. Brendan played a key role in creating BPM solutions for various financial products and services.

In 2015, Brendan transitioned to FINEOS as a Product Architect, responsible for developing a standardized business glossary model and a unified data model. Brendan also introduced and managed a tooling environment for models. During their time at FINEOS, they held additional roles such as Product Owner, where they worked closely with stakeholders to prioritize and evolve the product backlog, and Solutions Architect, where they integrated FINEOS AdminSuite business and technical solutions for customers.

Throughout their career, Brendan has demonstrated expertise in business analysis, architecture, and project management. Brendan has a strong focus on delivering customer value and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Brendan O'Sullivan's education history begins in 1988 when they attended University College Dublin and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. From 1992 to 1994, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Studies at University College Cork. In 1999, they enrolled at University College Dublin again and completed a Master's Degree in Computer Science in 2000. Brendan'scontinuous pursuit of knowledge led him to Technological University Dublin in 2021, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Product Management in 2022.
