Jim Durkin has extensive work experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Jim is currently the Executive Vice President at FinFit since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the President & CEO of benefitsContinuum, Inc. from March 2002 to April 2021. Jim also worked as the National Director at Prudential Group Insurance from December 1999 to March 2002. Before that, Jim was the President of Self Funded Strategies, where they successfully established an exclusive agreement with Dun & Bradstreet Plan Services and tripled revenues at UICI Administrators. Jim began their career as a Regional Director at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, where they worked from January 1974 to November 1993.

Jim Durkin attended Villanova University from 1969 to 1973. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
