With a background that spans multiple key roles such as Service Delivery Manager and Business Development Manager, Ahmed has successfully overseen the delivery of IT services while ensuring quality standards across various projects involving major IT vendors including HPE, Microfocus, and IBM. Previously, Ahmed contributed to Saudi Telecom Company as a Networks & Systems Management Consultant and collaborated with Egyptian Tank Plant as an Oracle E-Business Suite Developer & DBA. Ahmed holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cairo University and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication and Electronics from Zagazig University.
