Daniel Rantala has diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Daniel started their career at Oulu University of Applied Sciences as an IT support from 2009 to 2010. Daniel then worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Line Operator from 2010 to 2011.

In 2012, they joined Mobile Brain Bank as a Project Manager. Their responsibilities included facilitating communication between business customers and developers and assisting in writing project descriptions.

From 2013 to 2013, Daniel served as an LLGA Oulu City Jury Member at Oulun kaupunki - City of Oulu. Daniel was responsible for evaluating and reviewing cultural technology innovations.

In 2014, Daniel founded and served as the CEO of Namida Games Ltd., a game studio. Daniel also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Namida Diamond Factory Ltd. from 2015 to 2016, where they were involved in operational and strategic decision-making.

Since 2017, Daniel has been working at Fingersoft. Daniel started as an Agile Publishing Manager, responsible for designing and implementing an agile publishing method. Daniel then became the VP of Publishing, overseeing scouting for new mobile games, planning marketing efforts, and developing business strategies. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development, handling platform relations and exploring new business opportunities.

Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated their passion for the gaming industry and their ability to handle diverse responsibilities across various roles.

Daniel Rantala attended Oulu Vocational College from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in IT-technician with a focus on Information Technology. Following this, they pursued further education at Oulu University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Internet Services.
