Timothy Quock

Timothy Quock is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Finite State since May 2025. Prior to this role, Timothy held the position of Vice President Finance at Horizon3.ai from December 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included directing finance and operations as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
