Previously, Thom held various roles at Spider, starting as an Account Executive and working their way up to B2B and Corporate Director. Before that, Thom worked as a Promotions Coordinator at Rawlco Radio and an English Instructor at COREM English Institute. Thom has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Sussex and has completed Marketing Week Mini MBA programs with Mark Ritson.
