Sebastian Klapper began their career in 2008 as a Trainee at Bloomberg, followed by an Account Manager role in the Financial Sales & Risk Management team. In 2010, they joined Marsh as a Senior Consultant in the Financial Lines and IPO capital markets team. In 2015, they Co-Founded and became CEO of Finlex GmbH, a digital platform for industrial insurance products in Germany and Austria. In 2019, they joined e.less GmbH as a Board Member, a platform for commercial electricity comparison.
Sebastian Klapper completed a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Business Law at the German Graduate School of Management and Law between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Corporate Finance - Business Administration from Fachhochschule Ludwigshafen am Rhein between 2004 and 2008.
