Anne Feidt is currently the Team Head of Capital Adequacy and Planning at Eidgenössische Finanzmarktaufsicht FINMA. Prior to this, Anne worked as a Senior Risk Manager at KPMG and conducted research on probabilistic modeling of extreme events during their PhD at the University of Zurich. Anne also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, as well as an Intern in Risk Management at Baloise Group. Anne holds a Dr. sc. nat. in Mathematics from the University of Zurich, with a specialization in Applied probability, and Teaching Skills Certificate from the Center for University Teaching and Learning.

Its mandate is to supervise banks, insurance companies, exchanges, securities dealers, collective investment schemes, and their asset managers and fund management companies. It also regulates distributors and insurance intermediaries. It is charged with protecting creditors, investors and policyholders.
