Gail Moaney

Gail Moaney, APR, serves as the Managing Partner and Director of Travel & Economic Development at Finn Partners since August 2011. Alongside this role, Gail has been an Adjunct Professor at New York University since 2009 and has held the position of Executive Vice President at Ruder Finn since February 1998. Previously, Gail was a Senior Vice President at Manning Selvage and Lee from January 1989 to January 1998. Gail Moaney holds a Master's degree in Communications from American University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education from Howard University.
