Samu Linnimaa

Samu Linnimaa is a seasoned professional in the aviation training and competence management sector, currently serving as a Competence Management Engineer and Manager for Process & Competence Development at Finnair since March 2017. Prior roles include Training Manager positions at KSAO and Vantaa Vocational College, where responsibilities encompassed the management of Part 147 helicopter maintenance training programs. Earlier in the career, Samu built training organizations at Finncomm Airlines and contributed to the establishment of the first Finnish Part 147 approval for Finnair's Technical Training Department. Samu’s expertise extends through various technical and managerial roles at Finnair, complemented by academic qualifications, including a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University and an Executive MBA from TalTech.
