Sari Hietala

Sari Hietala began their work experience in 1994 as a Sales Assistant Trainee at Finapar S.A.R.L. Sari then joined Finnair in 1995, starting as a Flight Attendant and later becoming the Chief Purser. In 2017, they were part of the Customer Service Future Leaders Talent Program at Finnair Oyj. Currently, they work as a Safety Instructor at Finnair Flight Academy, a position they have held since December 2018.
