Tanja Kuronen-Mattila

Tanja Kuronen-Mattila has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tanja started their career as a Researcher at Aalto University and The Aalto University School of Science and Technology from 2000 to 2012. From there, they worked as a Consultant at MPS Finland Consulting Oy from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Finnair as an HR Manager - Talent Acquisition and later transitioned to the role of Talent Lead in 2021. Currently, Tanja is working as an Assessor at Asselmointi, starting from November 2022.

Tanja Kuronen-Mattila completed their education at Aalto University, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Organizational Behaviour and Knowledge Management. Tanja finished their studies in the year 2010.
