Ayaesha Gooptu currently serves as the Country Head at FINO TEQUILA since May 2025. Prior to this role, Ayaesha held several key positions at Bacardi, including Head of Domestic Spirits & RTD for Bacardi India and Head of Innovations for AMEA from March 2019 to May 2025. Ayaesha’s career at PepsiCo spanned from October 2011 to March 2019, where responsibilities included Associate Director and various Senior Brand Manager roles for brands like Pepsi and Kurkure, as well as Brand Manager Innovation for Indian Snacks and Consumer Insights Manager. Ayaesha began the professional journey as Insights Director at Kantar IMRB from May 2006 to September 2011. Ayaesha holds an MBA in Marketing from IMI Delhi (2004-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Presidency University (2001-2004), alongside completing ISC General Studies at La Martiniere School (1986-2001).
