Amy Ashby

Amy Ashby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in FinOps and cloud cost management. Currently serving as a FinOps Foundation Ambassador and FinOps Lead at Under Armour, Amy specializes in cost allocation, optimization, and analysis of AWS services, utilizing various cloud-native and third-party tools. Prior to Under Armour, Amy worked as a FinOps Engineer at Northwestern Mutual, focusing on cost anomaly detection and reporting. Over a two-decade tenure at Renaissance Learning, Amy held multiple roles including Tech Lead of the Site Reliability Team, where leadership in AWS infrastructure management and DevOps practices was prominent. Amy holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming from Northcentral Technical College.
