Pathik Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cloud cost optimization and technical account management, currently serving as the Cloud Cost Optimization Lead at Google since May 2019. Notable achievements include receiving the Stratosphere award for exemplary customer service, being a featured speaker at Google Cloud NEXT, and authoring multiple blogs and a whitepaper on cost optimization. Pathik has prior roles at Amazon Web Services as a Technical Account Manager, where responsibilities included advising clients throughout their journey with AWS, and has held various technical positions across multiple organizations, focusing on system deployment, incident management, and web development. Pathik holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
