Sean Dillon

Sean Dillon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, management, and strategic relationships across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at FinPro, Inc. since 2016, Sean has a strong background in resource management and operations from prior roles at Knowledgent and SMS Beverages LLC, where responsibilities included staffing, client communication, and product development. Previous experience includes a Vice President position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch managing equity syndicate relationships, as well as a decade at Merrill Lynch as an equity trader. A notable career foundation was established in the US Navy, where Sean held leadership roles in SEAL Teams. Sean holds an MBA in Finance/Economics from the University of Chicago and a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
