Karla Renschler

Karla Renschler is a seasoned professional in research and strategy focused on small business lending and financial inclusion. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Small Business Research at FinRegLab, Karla manages research projects aimed at enhancing access to credit for minority-owned businesses. Previously, Karla held various roles at Capital One, leading product and market strategy for small business acquisitions and conducting market research for the Small Business Card team. Karla's experience also includes research leadership at Community Wealth Partners, product management at the World Resources Institute, and earlier roles at UCLA. Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies, Political Science, Geography, and Environmental Studies from UCLA.
