Olena Balik

Olena Balik is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Fintech Farm since March 2024, Olena oversees HR operations in Ukraine, India, and Vietnam for a UK fintech company. Prior roles include various positions at Capital Markets Placement from July 2018 to March 2024, where responsibilities ranged from lead research to onboarding, in a boutique recruitment firm catering to Fortune 500 companies and startups. Previous experience includes HR management and technical recruiting roles at MyProgrammer, Inc., SKILLERS, Intella, and Alcon, along with foundational HR specialist work at Boryspil International Airport. Olena holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, and Education Studies from Kyiv National Economics University.
