Serhii Rostopirko's work experience includes:

1. Fintech Farm (2022-present): Serhii currently holds the role of Product Owner (Business Lead) at Fintech Farm. Serhii'sexpertise lies in areas such as p2p transfers, bill payments, account funding, deposits, SME solutions, and VAT refund. Serhii has worked on key projects like Leobank (Azerbaijan) and Fibo (Nigeria). Serhii's responsibilities at Fintech Farm include generating ideas for new products and features for digital banks, prioritizing backlogs, creating product visions and roadmaps, developing detailed user stories and requirements, negotiating business models and terms with partners, evaluating product progress, managing sprints, accepting implemented features and managing releases, analyzing data, and continuously improving the product for enhanced user experience.

2. NT.Payments (Kiosk IT System Trading L.L.C.) (2018-2022): In this role as Product Marketing Manager at NT.Payments, Serhii worked on projects related to self-service kiosks and the NT. Wallet mobile App. Serhii also worked on the Indoor project.

3. STB TV Channel (2013-2018): Serhii started their career at STB TV Channel as an Administrator in 2013 and eventually progressed to roles such as Journalist, Editor, and Creative Producer. During their time at STB TV Channel, they worked on key projects like Ukraine Got Talent, MasterChef, MasterChef Professional, and MasterChef Kids.

Serhii Rostopirko obtained their Master's degree in Economics from Poltav'skij Nacional'nij Tehnicnij Universytet imeni Yuriya Kundratiuka, which they attended from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behavior" from the London Business School in December 2021, "Design Thinking for Innovation" from the University of Virginia in July 2021, and "Business English Specialization" from Arizona State University in May 2021.
