Martin Roper

Martin Roper currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Vita Coco since September 2019, alongside an independent role as Director at Fintech.net and as Independent Board Director for LL Flooring and Power Crunch. Roper has extensive experience in executive leadership, evidenced by previous roles as President & CEO and President at The Boston Beer Company, where significant operational and financial growth was achieved. Earlier career experiences include senior management positions at Steelworks, Inc. and Blocksom & Co., as well as consulting experience with The Boston Consulting Group. Roper holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, alongside engineering degrees from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University.
