Andy Green

Andy Green is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as Vice President at FinTrU since January 2021, Andy transitioned back to Ireland during the Covid-19 pandemic, quickly advancing from Senior Associate to Vice President within a year. Previously, at The Co-operative Bank plc, Andy contributed to achieving a 100% internal fill rate as part of the Internal Talent Acquisition Team. Prior roles include Senior Recruitment Executive at Intraining, where Andy recruited school and college leavers for work-based apprenticeships, and Recruitment Consultant at Project Resource Ltd, focusing on the construction and civil engineering market.
