Anand began their work experience in 2000 as a Software Engineer at Trilogy Software. Anand then progressed to the role of Senior Engineer before leaving in 2004. In 2003, Anand co-founded Stockfundas.com, which was later acquired by ilclub, where they served as a Co-Founder until 2006. Anand then joined Amazon.com Inc as a Development Manager from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they founded and served as the CEO of Kuliza Technologies until 2013. During this time, they co-founded Minjar in 2012, which was acquired by Nutanix in 2018. Anand became a Co-Founder of Botmetric in 2013, also acquired by Nutanix in 2018, where they worked as a Sr Director of Organizational Development from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Anand is the Co-Founder and CEO of Finvolv, a brand of Kuliza Technologies since 2021.
Anand's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Delhi Public School - Bokaro for two years to complete their High School education. Following this, from 1995 to 2000, Anand pursued a Masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Applications at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.
