Patrick Davidson has extensive work experience in the real estate and travel industries. Patrick is currently the CEO and Owner of Matterhorn IDC, where they focus on strategic investment, development, and consulting in the commercial, hospitality, and residential real estate sectors. Additionally, they are a Co-Founder of Grakor d.o.o. and Slovenia Property & Development.
Prior to their current roles, Patrick was a Co-Founder of Firebird Tours, an online travel agency specializing in European and Russian travel. Patrick also worked at JLL as a National Director, Local Director, and Associate Director, where they gained expertise in the real estate sector. Patrick began their career as a Consultant at Colliers International and an Account Executive at Best Communications.
Patrick Davidson attended Durham University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Russian & International Relations, with a focus on Czech & Serbian sublanguages. In 2002, they also studied at Siberian Federal University and received a Diploma in Advanced Russian Language. Prior to that, in 1999-2000, they obtained another Diploma in Advanced Czech language from Charles University.
