Yarden Salony

Yarden Salony is a seasoned professional in employee experience management, currently serving as the Global Employee Experience Manager at Firebolt since April 2021. Prior to this role, Yarden held the position of Employee Experience Manager at Microsoft from June 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included developing tailored employee experience programs aligned with company values. Yarden's experience also encompasses event management, demonstrated through the organization of Israel's 70th Independence Day celebrations at the Ministry of Culture and event coordination for IDC Executive Education. Additional roles include Project Manager at Genesis Philanthropy Group and Education Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where Yarden achieved the rank of Captain upon demobilization. Yarden holds two master's degrees, one in Communication and Media Studies from Reichman University and another in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
