Peter Williams is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance, Systems, and Business Support at Fired Earth since December 2018. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions including Finance Director at Morleys (Bicester) Ltd, where responsibilities included providing strategic advice to the business owner and managing Finance, IT, and HR departments. Additional experience encompasses roles as Financial Controller at Cargo Homeshop and Michael Page International, and Project Accountant at Blackwell UK Ltd, where both leadership and technical financial skills were demonstrated. Peter's career initiated at Guardsman as an Accountant after obtaining a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick and qualifying as ACCA in 2002.

Our story began in 1983 selling Terracotta floor tiles from our farm in Oxfordshire. Demand for other stylish tiles grew and so wall tiles were added alongside stones and slates followed by our beautiful bathrooms and our unique hand made 120 colour paint collection; from vibrant & bold to subtle and warm. Today, we believe we have earned the title of ‘the home of great design’. Our aim was always to offer products produced with authenticity, creativity and style, and where possible both handmade and produced as close to home as we can manage. This is still true Today...
