Carter Linville is the Director of GSE at Firefly Aerospace. Carter has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on process optimization and capital budgeting.

Prior to joining Firefly, Carter was the Senior Director of Engineering & Operations at Greenfield Midstream, where they oversaw the capital budgeting, tracking, and management for the company's JV asset - Black Diamond Gathering. Carter was also responsible for process improvement, capital oversight & auditing, Opex management & reporting, business development support, M&A, strategic system planning, and executive reporting.

Before Greenfield Midstream, Carter worked as an Optimization Manager at DCP Midstream, where they were responsible for optimizing gas gathering and processing facilities. In this role, they focused on long term strategy, customer integration and planning, optimization of day-to-day operation, and process improvement. Carter also coordinated cross-functional efforts to align with corporate goals, execute department goals more effectively and eliminate wasted energy.

Carter Linville has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and certification from J.M. Campbell in G-4: Gas Conditioning and Processing.
