Michael Ashford

Michael Ashford is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as Electrical Engineer II at Firefly Aerospace, where responsibilities include leading the avionics project for Blue Ghost Mission 3, designing lunar lander electrical systems, and performing testing on custom avionics solutions. Michael has held various engineering and technical roles, including Engineering Scientist Associate at Applied Research Laboratories, where work involved developing custom networks and PCB design, and systems engineer intern at Sisu, where a test harness and software for automated robot testing were designed. Michael's early experience includes IT support technician roles and project management at Brigham Young University - Idaho. Currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at Western Governors University, Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
