Nicole Clinton

Nicole Clinton began their career in 2019 as a Switchboard Operator for South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. In this role, they helped service users on a daily basis through both email and telephone calls and raised major incidents. In 2021, they joined Firefly Learning as a Junior Support Analyst, supporting various service users with issues and queries relating to their product. Nicole then advanced to Technical Support Team Lead, managing a team of five support analysts, overseeing tickets, and communicating between different teams within the company.

Nicole Clinton is currently enrolled in The Open University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computing. Nicole started the program in 2020 and is expected to complete it in 2023.
