Prior to their current role, Juan held various positions at companies such as Northern Star Resources Limited, Golder Associates, and Energia Minerals Limited, showcasing their expertise in the field. Juan obtained their BSc MSc in Geology from Universidad de Oviedo and later earned a Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics from Edith Cowan University, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in the geosciences.
