Cord Sachs

Cord Sachs is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in leadership development and talent acquisition. As the Founder and CEO of Wildsparq since March 2013, Sachs has established a structured leader development strategy for organizations. Simultaneously, as Founder and CEO of FireSeeds since July 2011, Sachs leads a team committed to enhancing client experiences and facilitating career placements for candidates. Prior to these roles, Sachs co-owned Booster from 2003 to 2011, where a focus was placed on business strategy and leadership. Earlier in the career at Samford University from 1997 to 2003, Sachs served as Area Director, overseeing campus outreach efforts. Sachs holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Samford University, earned in 1997.
