Zack Freeman

Zack Freeman is an experienced mechanical design engineer currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Design Engineer – Platforms at Firestorm since March 2024. Prior to this role, Zack worked at Magpul Industries Corp. as a Product Design Engineer II, where responsibilities included dual functions as a product designer and engineer, focusing on various manufacturing processes such as injection molding and CNC machining. Earlier experience includes a position as a Design Engineer at Swigro, where Zack was involved in the design of large format 3D printers and custom robotics, and a role as a Design Engineer at SiO2 Medical Products, focusing on automated manufacturing systems. Zack began in the field as an Engineering Intern, developing skills in machine assembly and metrology. Zack holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer and Fiber Engineering from Auburn University, completed in 2015.
