Dmytro Dzhulgakov

Dmytro Dzhulgakov serves as the CTO and Co-Founder of Fireworks AI since October 2022. Previously, Dmytro held various roles at Meta from December 2011 to September 2022, including Tech Executive and Senior Staff Software Engineer, where Dmytro led significant contributions to the PyTorch framework and played a key role in the development of Caffe2 and the first Facebook-wide production AI platform. Dmytro's early career included internships at Facebook and Google Zurich, co-founding QBit, a nonprofit focused on programming education, and developing the SINTAR integrated development environment for industrial process control at NPF Informatica. Dmytro earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute."
