Jess Chong

Jess Chong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions delivery and deployment across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Currently serving as Senior Director at First Advantage since April 2020, Jess oversees solutions delivery and deployment while previously holding the position of Director for Service Solutions in Hong Kong and ASEAN. Prior roles include Manager of Account Management & Support at Saba Software, where responsibilities included managing accounts for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions. Jess also served as Head of Professional Services at Lumesse with a focus on implementing talent management solutions. Earlier career highlights include roles as Project Manager at Dialog Group Berhad and Application Manager at Visual Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd, specializing in HRIS solution implementation and client management. Jess holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University Putra Malaysia.
