Justin Botelle is a Full Stack Technical Lead Engineer at First Advantage since January 2021, with a robust background in software engineering and project leadership. Previously held positions include Lead Software Engineer at Reed Exhibitions and various roles including Consultant and Client Facing Tech Lead at Virtusa, where Justin specialized in application architecture and development in technologies such as Angular, Python, and Java. Justin's experience also encompasses significant roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included managing call center CRM applications and multi-million dollar projects, as well as contributions to product prototyping at nuTravel Technology Solutions and leading architecture initiatives at dLife. Justin holds a BSE in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed courses towards an MSE and MBA in Computer Science.
