Matt O'Connor is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in public records research and retrieval. As Vice President of Operations at First Advantage since March 2013, responsibility includes overseeing all operational aspects following the acquisition of LexisNexis Screening Solutions. Prior to this role, O'Connor served as Senior Director of Operations at LexisNexis from October 2003 to February 2013, managing nationwide operations of the Court Research and Retrieval Group after the acquisition of ChoicePoint. Earlier positions at ChoicePoint included AVP of Operations and Regional Manager of Records Operations, where leadership encompassed substantial teams and critical operational processes. O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
