Oliver Nicklin is the founder and chairman at First Analysis. Oliver has over 50 years of experience in the investment industry. Oliver started their career at William Blair in 1969 as a research director and investment analyst. In 1981, they became the chief operating partner and was responsible for the firm's day-to-day operations. In 1985, they left William Blair to start First Analysis, where they have been chairman for over 30 years.
Oliver Nicklin has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
