Arlene P. has a extensive work experience in the banking industry. Arlene started their career at Bank of America in 1980, where they worked as a VP until 1996. Arlene then joined Mellon Financial as a First Vice President, where they managed relationships with the US subsidiaries of European companies, with a focus on German and Swiss multinationals. Arlene also served as the Country Manager for Germany & Switzerland. In 2005, Arlene moved to Santander Bank, N.A., where they held the position of SVP/Regional Credit Manager, Large Corporate, until 2013. Arlene then joined Capital One as a Senior Vice President/Team Leader, where they worked until 2017. Arlene then worked at BankUnited in 2018 as a Senior Vice President & Team Leader. Currently, Arlene is involved with First Bank NJ, where they hold the role of Chief Credit Officer since 2022.
Arlene P. earned an AB degree in Economics from Princeton University.
