Charlotte Collins currently serves as Head of Digital Product at First Bus, having joined the company in April 2024. Prior to this role, Charlotte was the Senior Digital Product Manager at FirstGroup plc from September 2022 to April 2024 and at Emirates from September 2013 to October 2022, where a focus was placed on enhancing digital customer experiences across various service channels. Previous experience includes Online Marketing/Digital Product Manager at BT and Senior E-commerce User Experience Specialist at Vistaprint, contributing significantly to online culture changes and revenue improvements. Charlotte holds an MSc in Electronic Business from The University of Huddersfield and a BA in Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
