Isabel McAllister serves as the Chief Sustainability & Compliance Officer at First Bus since May 2022, having previously held the position of Responsible Business Director at Mace Group from February 2012 to June 2022. Isabel's career in sustainability and environmental management began as a Director at Cyril Sweett from January 2004 to January 2012, following a role as Senior Consultant at Entec between 2000 and 2003. Isabel holds an MSc in European Environmental Policy & Regulation from Lancaster University and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science with European Studies in French from the University of Sussex.
