Vikki Chambers is a seasoned projects manager with extensive experience in governance and international development. Currently serving as Projects Manager in the Project Management Office at First Bus since March 2025, Vikki has held similar leadership roles at RATP Dev and Palladium: Make It Possible, where responsibilities included strategic business development and project management for various bilateral and multilateral clients. Vikki's expertise encompasses political economy analysis and adaptive management in public sector reform, demonstrated through leadership of significant programs like the £10.8 million TRACTION initiative in Malawi. A former Research Fellow at the Overseas Development Institute, Vikki has contributed to numerous research projects across sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on service delivery and governance issues. Educational qualifications include an MA in Development Studies from The University of Manchester and a BA in Economics from the University of East London.
