Jacob Cherian

Jacob Cherian is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at The FirstCall Consulting, Inc since February 2024, Jacob drives profitable business transformations. As Co-founder and Digital Transformation Executive at Jacmans since May 2023, Jacob offers strategic guidance and best practices for digital initiatives, leveraging insights from S/4HANA implementations. Previously, Jacob held the role of Executive Leader at AIG, overseeing global finance transformation and Enterprise Architecture portfolios. Prior to that, as Vice President of the SAP S/4HANA Practice at Microexcel, Jacob managed program delivery and provided executive advisory services. Jacob’s experience also includes a role as SAP Principal at Truqua, developing support for SAP S/4HANA teams. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.
