Brenna Charles has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Brenna started their career at TD Bank Group in 2008, working as a Customer Service Representative and later as an Associate in Marketing Research and Marketing Planning. In 2011, they joined First National Financial LP as a Property Tax Administrator before moving on to Scotiabank in 2012. At Scotiabank, they worked as a Mortgage Fulfillment Officer and later as a Senior Credit Analyst. In 2016, Brenna joined FCT as a Product Fulfillment and Relationship Manager, and later progressed to the role of Business Development Manager. Brenna also served as the Director of Business Development before their current role as the Vice President - Sales, Broker Channel at FCT. Throughout their career, Brenna has gained experience in various aspects of sales, business development, and customer service.
Brenna Charles completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Information Technology Management at Ryerson University from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Earl Haig Secondary School from 2002 to 2006.
