Andrew Flewitt (MCIPD) serves as the Strategic HR Business Partner at First Central since October 2023. In addition, Andrew is the creator and host of the podcast "Queer I Am," which launched in January 2022 and is currently recording its sixth season set for release in summer 2025. Prior experience includes roles as HR Business Partner (Associate Director) at WTW from December 2016 to April 2023, HR Business Partner at Suffolk Constabulary from October 2015 to November 2016, and various positions at WTW from December 2012 to September 2015. Andrew also contributed to the radio as a host for Gaydio and GlitterBeam in 2022. Academic credentials include a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Suffolk, completed in June 2015.
