Vicky Webster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and claims operations. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Delivery at 1st Central since June 2017, Vicky successfully oversees the delivery of large-scale projects, including the refurbishment of 1st Central’s headquarters. Prior to this role, Vicky spent nearly 18 years at Zurich, where responsibilities included Claims Business Initiatives Project Manager, Business Process Owner, and Claims Team Manager, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and implementing a paperless claims system. Vicky's educational background includes A Levels in Geography, Biology, and Chemistry from Brockenhurst College.
