Lisa Barr is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in retail banking recruitment. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at First Citizens Bank since May 2017, Lisa specializes in recruiting service and operations talent nationwide. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of AVP Senior Corporate Recruiter for Retail Banking at Guaranty Bank, which was acquired by First Citizens Bank. Additional experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager at The Novo Group and as Staffing Manager at Kelly Services, where responsibilities included onsite management for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Telemarketing Department.
