Matt Ribbens

Matt Ribbens is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in treasury product management, digital transformation, and payments strategy. Currently serving as SVP, Sr. Director, Head of Treasury Product Management at First Citizens Bank since November 2019, Matt leads efforts in managing payables, receivables, commercial card solutions, and fraud solutions for business and commercial banking clients. Previously, at BB&T, Matt held multiple senior vice president roles that included founding the corporate venture arm focused on fintech investments and leading digital transformation initiatives. Matt's career also includes roles at McKinsey & Company as a Payments Practice Expert, CEB (now Gartner) as a Research Manager, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Retail Banker. Matt holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
