Paula Payne Kukulinski

Paula Payne Kukulinski, MPA, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources with extensive experience in enterprise performance management and learning management. Currently serving as Executive Director/SVP of Enterprise Learning and Talent Development at First Citizens Bank since April 2017, Paula previously held the position of Director of Talent Management at the State of North Carolina - Office of State Human Resources from May 2009 to April 2017. Other roles include Group Training Manager at SunTrust Bank from 2004 to 2007. Paula holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Master’s Degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from North Carolina State University.
