Natalie Serna

Natalie Serna has a diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Natalie started their career in 1999 at Krahl Insurance Agency as a P & C Insurance Agent, where they worked for 16 years. In 2015, they joined DATCU Credit Union as an Insurance Agent and remained with the company until 2021. During this time, they also worked as an Associate Market Mentor at MONAT Global, starting in 2015. Currently, Natalie is employed at First Connect Insurance Services, where they hold the positions of Agency Manager since June 2021 and Account Manager since February 2023.

Natalie Serna attended North Central Texas College for an unspecified period of time. Natalie did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition, Natalie has obtained several certifications in the insurance industry. In September 2000, they acquired the Property and Casualty General Lines certification from the State of Texas. Moreover, they obtained the Insurance Agent certification in Health, Property, and Casualty from the Kaplan Career Institute-Dearborn in June 2000.
