Seamus was appointed as an independent Non-Executive director of the Company on 10 December 2012, was appointed Non-Executive Chairman on 18 July 2013 and Executive Chairman on 29 July 2019. He has over 20 years’ experience in the global technology sector in finance and operational roles and was a main Board director of Logica plc from 2002 until April 2012. He was Chief Financial Officer of Logica plc from 2002 until 2010 when he became Chief Operating Officer and head of its Benelux operations.
